what an awesome easter! what an awesome launch in our new location! what an awesome 5th anniversary!
it was the largest crowd ever attending weekend services at 29:11 - 23% larger than our previous largest crowd - our kids team also had the opportunity to minister to many new kids for the first time - all because many of you met the "goal of one" - and some!
the worship and shock & awe teams were as excellent as usual - even in a new building - with horrible acoustics for music - with lighting issues - but those problems were absolutely nonexistent!
there were tears in the eyes of people of all ages - after both services - and so many people were vital - no - make that invaluable to the success of the day
so thanks to guys who worked several days last week - thanks to ladies who prepared things before saturday's setup - thanks to those who showed up saturday - and early sunday - and stayed after service to load up
it didn't happen overnight - even though it felt like it! - we had merely 2 weeks to move out of our old building - then we had only 2 weeks to prepare for our first service at the civic center - thanks to those who have loaned trailers and a van - thanks to those who built - actually built storage boxes - and thanks to those who continue to tweak our setup and load-out processes
and it was all worth it - many people - many, many people's lives were impacted through the easter worship services! - so let's not lose the ground we made this week
don't forget to follow up with those you brought with you sunday - this is your prime opportunity - this is one of the most important weeks of their life - this coming sunday is the response opportunity to everything God did or spoke to them on easter - make it easy on them - let them know you're expecting them to join us again - remind them how much they enjoyed it - how awesome it was
