2. my children know that i will never stop pursuing them or fighting for a right relationship with them
consistency - i will pursue a great relationship with them today - on good days - and bad - when i have time - and when i don't - they need to know that - every single day of their lives!
unconditional love - when they are adorable - and when their lives are ugly - they need to know my love for them has nothing to do with their success - and that it is steadfast - in spite of their failures
if i don't provide it - they will spend the rest of their lives trying to find someone who will - looking for love and consistency - in all the wrong places - in all the wrong people
some days it will be easy - others will be a little tough - and some days will be a battle - maybe even a war - but my kids will know that i believe they are worth fighting for!
