i was thinking - the winter storm probably helped everyone who was "fasting" their credit cards this week - couldn't eat out - or shop - though most places were open tuesday most people still stayed inside

then i remembered - - - online shopping! - hopefully you didn't fall victim to the temptation - hang in there - prove to yourself you don't need credit cards to get through the week - adjust your attitude to trust God for your emergencies - not your credit limit

and don't forget - ask God before any discretionary spending - even the little stuff - if for only this one week you'll start creating an attitude of partnership with God in your finances - and who else better for you to partner with than the owner of the universe?

one week - just hang in there a few more days - maybe you'll begin a new lifestyle of trusting God - a lifestyle that will keep the financial junk out of your trunk!
