we all need direction - we need God to warn us - we need His encouragement - we need His guidance
and think about it - He knows the future! there is no one better to hear from on a daily basis than the One who knows what is going to happen in the next 5 minutes
your relationship with God cannot be excellent - it won't even be just so-so unless you are listening to Him - so when you finish praying you need to stop - wait - listen - for just a few moments
here is a great habit to develop - especially when driving alone - spend the first 5 minutes quietly listening - no radio - no cell phone - no ipod - whisper i’m listening God - then wait
