storm question #2

i believe the most often-asked question is “where is God when I am in my storm?”

if you read the story, you will see 3 places Jesus was

first, He was praying, no doubt for them along with many other things - some people always want Jesus holding their hand – i’d rather have Him praying for me!

second, He came to them - Jesus saw them straining at rowing and He wasn’t late or barely on time - He was there in the middle of their storm! walking on top of it all!
third, he was on His way to the other side - He would even have passed them by if they hadn’t called out - think about it: if they could have stayed calm, not panicked, trusted His ability and care, He would have gone ahead of them and prepared their way – had you rather have Him holding your hand or ahead of you preparing your way? consider: if He is preparing for your tomorrow it must mean He knows you are going to make it through whatever is happening today!
